Getting Out the Door

It’s a rainy day in NYC.  I’m sleepy.  It’s been a long day, nay! a long week.  I have tons of cleaning to do when I get home.  It’d be so much easier to skip my run and snuggle at home.  But I won’t, because I know I’ll be mad at myself.

“Coach” aka my runner brain, reminds me that the hardest part is getting out the door.  Once I’m out there, I’m a-runnin’ and there’s no turning back.  And to pump myself up, I will read some articles on fitness, think about my blog, or find some new quotes.  Today, I found this:
